Very True!!! I will say to continue to pray for our nation. Prayer can do more in a second than millions of dollars given to politicians, etc……
Remember, Daniel …”he sets up kings and deposes them”.
You think the Lord will continue to extend mercy to murderers of children, adulterers, homosexuals,liars, hypocrits, me,me, me and ministers compromising the word to “mesh” with the world? Never!!!

There are other nations affected by America’s policies. Our precious brothers and sisters continue to suffer because of evil dictators and America funds it. That’s what makes me nauseous. Haiti for example. I’ve been there 2 times years ago. Nothing has changed. Our tax dollars still go to the evil dictators and the people are still poor and pressed down. Even in that enviornment, God is seen everywhere as we see some rising above the evil. Only God could do this. Not aid!!! The vultures get that.

We have a president who signed an executive order in the first week of his tenure to give 1/2 billion dollars to other nations for abortion. How can anybody who claims to personally know Jesus Christ vote for people who do this? Scott Brown said he was pro choice and added that the choice is between the doctor and the patient. Life is choices.
A teenager cannot get an aspirin without parental consent, but can have an abortion without parental consent as far as liberals are concerned. All in the name of “rights”. I would love for Bill Gothard to be in these schools. Some wise people do have their kids in his classes.

I saw Frontline this week on Npt (PBS) about the cold, calculated effort by a few powerful men to get rich(er) quick for them and their cronies. Greenspan, Geitner and Summers. They all should be in jail. Geitner and Summers are in this administration. Bill Clinton was part of the plot and passed on to Bush who didn’t do much better.
It was about the unregulated
banks, etc… and the lady, Brooksley Born, who bucked them finally resigned because of their power and hatchet job. She was chariman of the CFTC.
(PBS.org- “When Genius Failed”) Greenspan finally said he was wrong and she was right. The damage was done. She predicts another crisis of the same degree again soon.

I could go on and on and really ramble more-hee,hee
However, we must be vigilant in hearing the “right” voice who is God almighty!! He may use some of these people in the spotlight to sound the alarm-who knows? I want to be sure, personally, that I know the word of God which is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Jesus said to pray that “you are not deceived”.
I pray that.

I know I have gone all over the board on this, but I am
“stirred”. (smile)

Enjoy retirement and keep speaking the truth “in love”. I have a hard time with that one.

This story reminds us that we have to be ready to give up whatever means the most to us if that is God’s perfect will for us. Easy to say, hard to do. Once it’s done, though, we find that God is faithful in promise to provide.

Just got around to reading this. Kathy shared Jer. 29:11 with me at a time when I desperately needed to believe that there was a “plan” that included something more than that present crisis. And I still hold on to that promise tody. Our hope for your Phase III is that it will be better that anything that you could imagine or hope for!
