The mode of transportation usually represents self. The tricycle or small toy could mean that you view yourself as too "small" for life's journey or not equipped or inadequate for life's journey. Apply this same symbolism to your falling asleep while driving. Jung believed this was the unconscious self trying to send you a message about what might be causing you anxiety or sadness in the conscious realm of life. Others have this same interpretation but equate Jung's "unconscious" with the Christian's "God". In other words, using this same symbolism, what is God saying to you?
